Welcome to the Yoga Trapeze Teacher Training course! You’re beginning an exciting journey from student-to-teacher, and as the course unfolds, the transformation process is always so rewarding. Please save this page for important course info, maps, updates, and more.
Important things to remember:
Check the Facebook Group and Telegram Group Regularly. Schedules change, sessions move locations, this is all part of the process. Check the FB group for on-going updates and notes.
Support Your Fellow Trainees. At YOGABODY, we support each other in learning and growth for life. That’s what being a great teacher is all about, and it’s what we expect from you.
Make Use of Breaks & Evenings. When you’re not in sessions, keep practicing. Say the pose names out loud, conduct mock classes, ask smart questions, network with your peers, and study your notes.
Eat, Sleep, Yoga, Repeat. As much as possible, just fall into the training process. Avoid making big plans or trying to do much else outside of your coursework. It’s a luxury to have this time to focus on you and your teaching, so make the most of it.

- 15:30 – 17:30 – Workshop & PM Class
- 18:00 – 19:30 – Lectures
