Initially my training started with a private teacher in London who was coming to my office to teach me and practice the same time. The training was a mixture of Hata and Iyengar yoga. This training wet for few years. Then I started being interested to become a yoga teacher and joined a training which is based in Turkey and the teaching thought in Turkish, This took nearly one year with classes on line and in yoga centre together with residential. I nearly finished all that and only one more residential was left to do and be qualified that Covid happened. This teaching method is shivananda and they follow Shivananda practices. After that we were thought and practicing on line on a monthly basis started with 28 days challenge in the mornings from 6.00 am to 8.30 am then 21 days challenge Mandala . from 7.00 am to 8.00 am that I have been taking part. 27.10.2020 just finishes another Mandala. Next one will start again November. At the same time I came cross Yogabody in April. May and started taking nearly all the courses ran by Yogabody. Have been graduated from gravity yoga and nearly graduating from Viniyasa flow yoga. I found yogabody are very professional in all aspect. I enjoy how everything, all the classes are systematically recorded and I can always go back to them for reference. I enjoyed the time keeping and enthusiasm of Lucas and the teachers really great and amazing. Teachings are very clear and systematic so that we can remember the poses by heart. The fact that we were getting notes on our practices were and are extremely useful and positive for enhancing our poses. I loved and enjoyed the e-learning. I started well before the yoga started and that helped me a lot to be connected on a daily basis to the teachings and practices, I enjoyed how organised was the part called start here as it was stress free to access what we need to do and go forward. I am so happy I have done this course even though was so intensive but was done so right and correctly so that people who are present every night they can not fail the learning. Loved repetition even though it was to thje point of getting sick but the method and style was and are so so relevant and positive. Using and tapping into the way human brain works.

while I stay in Turkey I have been teaching to expats and locals face to face. Students coming to my place which is built as a future retreat center.

Since Covid happened I have been teaching and are teaching online to locals and at the moment client in UK. Using zoom on line teaching ha proved to be very effective.

I am engineer by profession and was employed by local authorities as Mechanical Engineer, in 1993 I was employed to set up a global Warming and Energy Efficiency Company fro scratch and Manage the company. This idea came about in Europe after Rio summit in 1993. The project was supposed to be for only 3 years and I was seconded from my position as senior engineer to set up and run the company. during these three years I realized that the project is a European Project and we were meeting 4 times a year in different countries and exchanging the experiences in different European countries.
The project was so successful that it went all the way from 1993 to 2014. I continued my profession as Chief Executive and managing Director all the way through. During this years I introduced yoga to the company for myself and my staff.

I was a member of London Buddhist Center and there is a yoga center as part of their center. I was taking part in LBC yoga center from 1998 and from 2005 onwards I was having private teaching with one of the yoga teachers from LBC . this teaching went for a very long years. The teaching was Iyengar and Hata Yoga.
My next learning and practicing started 2019 with Harayoga which are Shivananda followers. Shivananda starts their practice with Breath of fire and balancing Breath, then Sunsalute, warrier 1, 2, 3, Headstand , dolphin, Head stand, crow, shoulder stand, Plow, Half table top, or bridge, fish, forward fall, table top, cobra, salabhasana, bow, mirichi twists,

Yoga body poses are similar but the order is different. In yoga body we start with standing poses as, Breath of fire, Sun A, Sun B, Rag Dal A &B, Triangle A&B, Side Angle A&B, Wide leg, A&B&C, Intense side, Extended Leg, A&B&C , Tree Pose,
