Please read our terms of service and check the boxes to confirm you understand and agree to our policies.

1 Year Max Study Time.*

If for any reason (including personal, medical, career, moving house) I need an extension, I must request it formally. Space cannot be guaranteed and additional fees may or may not be charged.

Tuition & Finances.*

All payments are final, non-transferable and non-refundable for any reasons, under any circumstances. Any missed payments for fees or tuition will result in a discontinuation of access to course material, mentorship, and resources.

We Don't Sell Certificates.*

Tuition payment does not in any way guarantee or ensure graduation. All certifications must be earned.

85% Pass Rate.*

A minimum of 85% or higher is required on all quizzes and assessments to qualify for graduation. Up to three retakes are allowed (coaching and support are provided).

Customs Fees for Shipped Products.*

When books are shipped from YOGABODY warehouse(s), customs and VAT charges may be applied depending on where I live. Any/all local customs and/or VAT charges incurred are my responsibility.

Fitness Requirements.*

This course will be both mentally and physically challenging, and I attest that I am fit both in body and mind to take on the challenge. I understand that pregnant students are not permitted in the teaching courses because they are too physically intense. If I become pregnant while enrolled, I'll need to postpone my course date until after giving birth. Any expenses incurred are my own responsibility. I understand that this course is not intended for those with addictions, mental illness, or those in the midst of a personal crisis.

Photo/Video Release.*

As a trainee, any videos and/or photos and/or audio recordings I participate in with YOGABODY LLC during the Training are owned entirely by the company. Full rights of any/all media produced are given to YOGABODY without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational and fitness settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Full Disclosure is Required.*

I understand that failure to disclose information requested in this application or misrepresentation of myself, my experience, or my medical history could be considered grounds for dismissal from the course.

Behavior Requirements.*

I understand that disruptive, rude, or offensive behavior will not be allowed and will be considered grounds for dismissal from the course.

GDPR Privacy Policy (1).*

I have read and agree to the privacy policy and data use agreement here.

GDPR Privacy Policy (2).*

I provide my contact data to receive information and updates that might include marketing. I can edit, update or delete my data/contact info at any time here.

Release of Liability (1).*

I am voluntarily participating in the Training and using the facilities and premises and I assume all risk of injury or death to me, the contraction of any illness or medical condition that might result, or any damage, loss or theft of any personal property.

Release of Liability (2).*

I agree on behalf of myself (and my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) to release and discharge YOGABODY LLC and its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of my participation in the Training (including, but not limited to, negligence).

Release of Liability (3).*

This Release and Waiver of liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of (a) my use of any equipment or facilities which may malfunction or break, (b) the improper maintenance of any equipment or facilities, (c) the negligent instruction or supervision, (d) my slipping and falling while in the facility or on the premises, and (e) my travel to or participation in the Training.

Release of Liability (4).*

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand that is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against the Company for any negligence.
