Lynda first began practicing yoga to help with injuries and chronic pain. After only a short time, she felt an increase in strength and energy and a significant decrease in pain. Yoga further brought her a calm, focused mind and a peace that had been hidden behind stress and pain.
She is a certified YOGABODY® and Yoga Trapeze® instructor with over two decades of fitness training experience. Lynda has many tools to help gain strength and flexibility, overcome injuries and deliver sport-specific training for performance optimization.
