Book Your Immersion 2!

Most immersions fill up with a waiting list, and we need to prepare for your arrival and save your place and schedule. Please read and sign our Immersion terms and conditions to proceed.

CHOOSE YOUR IMMERSION*

First and last days are "travel days" with no scheduled sessions. Training days are Monday through Friday of each week.

SCHEDULE ISSUES? Immersions are offered very 2-3 months throughout the year, new dates will open up soon. If for personal or professional reasons, three weeks back-to-back is too long, it is possible to book one week for your first visit and two weeks for a future training date. Please email [email protected] if you’d like to break up your travels.

I understand that if I confirm via this form and then cancel or change the dates of my attendance (for any reason including health/medical/travel), there is a $500 reschedule fee to cover administrative costs of redoing studio schedules.*

I understand that I must complete at least 10 eLearning Modules and log at least 20 classes in my practice journal prior to joining the in-person Immersion.*

I understand that if I intend to graduate at the end of my Barcelona Immersion, I must arrive with all my eLearning assignments completed and with 100 classes in my Practice Journal to be eligible. If this is not possible, I understand I can graduate at a later date, from home, and there is no problem.*

I understand that any outstanding tuition payments must be paid in full in order to be eligible for graduation.*

I understand that a framed certificate is given (without cost) to those students who graduate at the end of their Barcelona Immersion. If I graduate from home at a later date, I can receive a digital certificate free-of-charge or else order a printed and/or framed certificate from the YTC online store.*
